Immunization Clinic

Vaccination is the best way to protect your child against many dangerous diseases. Vaccines help build up and strengthen your immune system, protecting you against disease.

In Canada, vaccines prevent illnesses such as Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough), Polio, Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib), Rotavirus, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Chickenpox, Pneumococcal and Meningococcal diseases, and Human Papillomavirus Virus (HPV).

Influenza (flu) vaccine is also recommended each year for children older than 6 months.

Vaccines work best when they are given on time, beginning when your child is very young. At Pediatric Urgent Care™, we provide most routine childhood immunizations starting at 2 months.

Our pediatricians will go through all of your questions and concerns regarding your child’s immunizations.

Your child should receive all the recommended vaccines. Here are what the Canadian Paediatric Society recommends.
